I would read over every thread and containing post to ensure that they bide by the rules, along with helping others and answering questions.

Yes, i could perform moderator duties fairly (without showing favoritism) yet still being able to enforce rules.

About 4 hours a day so... 20 hours in a work week and like 10-20 hours in the weekends. Would be about 40 hours.

I would try to keep the forums clean, keep members as happy as possible, enforce the rules when needed. I'd also try to pitch new ideas to the other staff about sections etc.

Ofcourse, I'm an admin on my own forums and I am a staff member on a 500K+ members forum.

Well as a moderator, I would utilize my time just as much as my time at Hack Forums, I would check forums, solve problems, Help people, make applications for people, and such much more!
I also wanna make if I become moderator, A place to report crime to, and maybe get a investigation sort of team up, because we used to run one at Hack Forums.
