I tried using Netspend twice, and never received a deposit either time. I waited weeks. I think PayPal has mostly blocked transactions with Netspend's bank.

This doesnt work any more.

Well this is not working for me I've tried everything but still dont work. Thanks for sharing this anyway. I hope most of this people get it work or can find out the problem

Yeah it worked before , but my paypal got limited again, it wanted Proof of address and SSN id , i faked an phone bill for address and sent it to them , they accepted it , but i got stuck at SSN id and gave up.
I don't know if netspend still works.

I made this guide when netspend use to work as a method to verify your paypal account,now I don't know what's happening now.

Can't you unlimit your account by providing information that's it's yours though?
Mine did that to me and I sent a picture of my ID and they unlimited it
