This tutorial works, used it countless amount of times.
I used on another account and it i got caught by paypal
good thing i didn't have any money on the account.

I don't think it works anymore,paypal doesn't want their customers account verified with netspend so they take them down easily aka suspend.
This is risky, it usually ends up with you being limited forever as paypal knows that people does this and they always aim to hunt you down.
Unfortunately this doesn't work anymore, I tried it a few weeks ago, and ended up just getting limited. You're better off verifying it legitly.
This worked for me twice, then it stopped working for me. Stopped getting anything in my Netspend account.

I have tried, and I am fairly certain that Netspend no long works. I do know of an alternative that does though. PM me if you'd like to know it.
