about a year, atm im filming with MTV and a few independent film companies to make a parkour documentary.

The worst injury so far was a nasty hand fracture, NOTETOSELF: when doing a handstand on top of a building, don't laugh

How long did the fracture take to heal and how high was the building?

I'm full of questions right now.

haha its fine

It took about 3 weeks with a cast but about 2 months before i had full mobility in my hand

and about 2 stories straight into a bush lol
