Watched till 5:18 and only saw you once doing smthing.
And that was failing on the ladder XD
I might upload something again tonight, im teaching parkour classes and i think i might be able to get something ^__^
Havent posted in a while but this changed my mind.

You look great at parkour Conan.
Do you have a particular style you like or are especially good at?

I used to do parkour but stopped after a really bad injury. I had this wall that I would run and vault over. I could 540 vault. Decided to go for the 720. Hit the ground and my body kept going while my leg stayed there - nearly popped my whole right kneecap (patella) out of my leg. Couldnt walk for like 2 days.

But Im getting back into it.

Good luck with your docos and promos Smile

Your body was so used to doing 540's Tongue
Man, you just know the simple things in parkour. I think you should try something like Front Flip, Back Flip, Moon Kick etc.
Was expecting a pullup at 1:15 haha
Gotta say the video was terrible, my 5 year old cousin can do more.
Do you drink protein drinks?
