I would take a hot bath, and then if i got time a little nap. That is what makes me relax Smile

Usually break crap and become wreckless, usually ending with me getting hurt, lol. Thumbsup
Exercise. It clears your mind and relaxes you.

Haha, probably the opposite of what I would like to do. Smile
I always think twice before doing anything else,or just count to 10.
What I would normally do would be to go outside (Even if its raining like hell) and sit in a tree that is down the road while listening to my music. Usually calms me down after an hour or so.
I normally calmed down automatically. ;)
Intel, thanks for a great question. We sometimes need to think of different ways to calm down without realising it. Personally i listen to music and forget not to breathe. However I am interested to hear what others do. Maybe i pick up something to try a new method which is neither self harming or harming others, or damaging my health. LOL Dont ask for much all :-)

BTW Dancing is also a great way, it somehow makes you laugh. Though if really mad, why not try to do something that requires your body to tire out like the treadmill. Working out the frustrations or issue that way.

When I'm pretty stressed out,I listen to music..I eat a lot of junk food...Take my frustrations out on a football by kicking it against the wall...just take a stroll outside..The place I live>INDIA..is really beautiful in the sense that when you reach the poverty affected area (which constitutes the majority)...and you see small kids sleeping on the pavements..you start to realize that the stress that worry you now is nothing!!
