My favorite is Sega hands down, i wish they went back into the console race...
Thats a pretty tuff question... I would have to say Konami, for the entire metal gear saga, and the original GameBoy games. Oh I miss Tetris!

Honestly? I can't say I have a favorite. I just like games. Don't pay attention much to who makes them.
I'm tied between a few companies at the moment, such as Bethesda/InfinityWard/VALVE. I mean, They all make awesome games. My favoured would probably be Valve, but those are my top 3.
Treyarch and Infinity Ward.
