i would have to say bungie because they made the best series ever
IW is alright. The CoD's they make are usually pretty good (besides MW2).
UbiSoft and dice.
That's about it though.
Rockstar & EA. The rest are alright.
Blizzard, Infinity Ward, Rare, SquareEnix.

Infinity Ward, before Vince Zapella got fired.
Bungie is sick AF until halo reach but besides reach they're one of the best
Rockstar is my favorite, and then infinity ward is my second.
EA aren't bad at all but their servers suck. The games themselves are of incredible quality and are great fun, but playing them online is challenging and proves hard to keep your console in one piece when you're raging at it.
Infinity ward and Square Enix.

I like rockstargames. They have very good games, and i simply like them.
