Not really, it's all just rearranging the colors, icons, images, and if you're lucky you'll get a theme with a few explorer modifications, but it's nothing too serious that would affect any noticeable difference in performance.
You should use spoilers and then title what the spoiler is. It would require less scrolling and be more organized for people.

I downloaded all themes for my windows 7 but I have problem. I did not know how to install. Can you help me out brother?
