Thank you for them, (that is also my favorite theme).

I haven't messed with themes in Win 7, only in linux. Correct me if I am wrong, I should put that in the themes folder, restart, then go to the "personalize" panel and chose the new theme?

No you have to patch your theme file as well. uxtheme.dll? and a couple others if I can remember?
