You shouldn't have to impress her, she should like you for you.
If she's your girlfriend, she is already impressed by you being you, not by any of your talents etc.

I got her two gifts, but not sure which one to give her. One's a necklace, the other is a pair of earrings.

give her both gifts. and pick something that'll match the style of her outfit. not just colors but the look.
If she is your girlfriend why are you attempting to impress her to the point you need to ask online?
You should be asking yourself bigger questions about your relationship if this is what you need to do to impress her.
buy her something for christmas that she'll really like.
I find that when I try to impress a girl I do the same thing. But then I realized the harder you try they notice it and find you being a fool is cute sometimes. I suggest being yourself it is most likely the best thing you can do.
Cook her breakfast or something, real impressive.
Theres not very much you can do but show as much Confidence as possible, bitches love confidence.
Also girls like things that not many other guys can do, such as unique skill.
