Have you ever used Google at all?

1 Get anti-virus/malware/spyware apps installed and use a Firewall.
2 Use a VPN - [Virtual Private Network], or a Proxy server.
3 Take some time and look at some of the threads and posts here at this site, you will find out a great deal of useful download links to those type of things that you seek.
4 Send an e-mail to the admins of the site, explaining your problem.

Also, take a look here, for some advice to secure your self while online.

1.How can I protectk my PC from Hackers?

4.How can I restore hacked MSN address?

Just use your recovery questions.
You need 1 firewall and 1 anti virus. A good free anti virus is avg free. another is avast. You can either use a vpn or a proxy both make you more secure. I think vpn make you more secure. Torrent sites are filled with viruses make sure you only download from reputable downloads.

No problem, I hope you'll get on top of the situation soon.

Also, consider using Firefox, as opposed to Internet Explorer, as it beats IE, hands down on matters of security
and there are also a ton of really good add-ons for it as well, some of which I pointed out at the link I included in my previous reply.
