Maybe you should make this thread a VPN thread, members can post any VPN's that they know, use and recommend.

Hotspot shield and CyberGhost are both very efficient, Tor can be very handy as well.

You could always try calling your ISP and requesting a Dynamic IP as well. Evilgrin
