make my site designs in Photoshop, piece by piece, then bring them together with HTML and CSS.

The forums are software that I downloaded and

the skins for those that I make I do with Photoshop and CSS with some HTML.

I set up (sub-domain) websites, through my host, Dajoob.
I make websites in Mircrosoft Frontpage

and publish it via ftp browser.

MyBB, phpBB, and IPB all run on a mySQL Database that makes the forums opperate, since they are written in

php.
