I really depends on what type of router you get and what kind of wireless card you have. I would also suggest password protecting your wifi because if other people steal your internet it can make it slower.

29 € - 4Mb/512kb and IP phone (1000 minutes per month free)
In Slovenia.
If you live in a city you can get a FTTH 100/10 (Mb) for 20€ a month.
