Ok i no its my own fault for downloading stuff that im not sure about. but anyways i got DFX Audio Enhancer for Winamp, it works great for my set up and gives me a real boost, ive just used Virustotal.com to scan it and found this in the keygen? Am i at risk?

I would say its not a problem myself. Still i would run it sandboxed and make sure your firewall has no activity from it.

It looks like you have a couple bad boys there you should do sandbox as previously mentioned and do a ESET Online Scan (run in Internet Explorer) to make sure your not already infected.
