Servers from hostingsource.com and hosting.uk are able to satisfy all your demands.
I must say, I love the uptime of my websites and the customer service whenever I have an issue. The customer service reputations are the best.

I do not know how those guys keep the prices so low.

Digitalserver.com.mx web hosting in Mexico is a great service provider. They also offer cheap .mx domain registration.
Uptime and support have been excellent - they actually answer their emails, and within a few minutes! Can't say anything bad about the price either.
