Main rules
There are more rules than just these, but these are the main yes's and no's.

No's:
No child pornography or anything that harms or harasses minors.
No spamming things such as sms or email bombing. So you cant have some booter sources.
Booters are so so, it depends on how much you use, they can, but usually wont be banned.
NO shells, if i find a shell on my server, this service wont just stop, your ip will be taken to the fbi/ic3 for hosting an illegal ddos tool and will be blacklisted.
