That might be the youngest reported Grandma, however I doubt she actually is.
The amount of sick abuse going on in parts of the world, I'm pretty confident that there will be someone younger than 23 who is a Grandma.

yeah.... I was like woah when I read that.....

My mom became a gramma 9 years ago and she's 51 I think. LOL.

My mom had me at age 24 and my dad was 42! LOL...

my parents were 18 years apart.... but I lost my dad in april.2010 ;-( I miss him.

I'm 16, but consider myself mature enough to be considered an adult. At least, I'm definitely more mature than some "adults". I'm in a special program where I take college classes all day instead of high school classes (think Post-Secondary on steroids) and I conduct myself much better than many of the college students.
