Nothing is wrong with that, as long as you don't have the urge to beat a human with a hammer, i have the urge to destroy things to sometimes.

I think this is something that is totally normal and fine, as long as your not wishing to destroy other people so to speak, so just go smash logs with a hammer or whatever, just don't hurt yourself Smile.

Listen that is ok! If you release your anger trough that and all! When you start feeling like beating other people than it is a problem! There are even some seminars in UK where people get a sledge hammer and destroy cars to get rid of anger!

I know the feeling,you just need a real good friend to talk to,to discuss about everything that bother you or just simply talk..This works for me,and the good thing for me is that I have a twin brother and we always talk about everything,it always makes me feel better after discusing problems with friends/family.You should try it.

Listen, try keeping your mind off stuff that's bothering you. Listen to music, do some sports and exercises. Find a different way to get rid of the anger. It happens to people all the time, get optimistic. Heck, find a way to use all that anger/energy up. I suggest going to a gym and punching them punching bags. It'll build your muscles! XD
