Nice thread mate.
That's really helpful.
What I do, I uninstall using the uninstall. Then I go to program files an documents and delete the folder.
Then...I search for remaining shells and clear it.

Nice thread, Personally I use a program called uninstallerPro, just removes all shortcuts, files and registries from your computer.
