Question about a few plugins.

Hello guys.

I've seen this on a couple of forums.
When you recieve a private message, there's a nice notification displayed on the top of the forum sections, saying "You got a new private message", or something.

Also, I've seen that there could be a public notification.
So like evert user could see it.

For an example, I've seen this on HackForums.

PM notice is a core feature.
'Public notification'. Do you mean a top bar?

I tested it, and I didn't got a notification.

Send yourself a PM, you should see it.
Also check for the following in the header template,
