You can simply just Simply Add it to the Trusted software . On the control panel

I use to use google chrome for quite some time until it started running slow, neither have i ever come across this, try updating chrome to the latest version. If that doesnt help tryin switching to mozilla firefox, i think you will enjoy it better than chrome.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
If that does not work, I don't know what will.

Go to options and make sure it always launch as admin, otherwise test out to reinstall.
