Trying doing some outdoor activities. Maybe sports? Something to get your mind off the Internet.

i used to do that. that's normal. theres this time i was talking with my mate from china about rebuilding a linux kernel or something, and the conversation was going so well, i didnt sleep at all. even though is normal, is bad at the same time, because now i feel like i need to sleep like a week straight but i cant even sleep 8 hours straight and i already feel tired when i wake up every morning, and this is quite worrying because im only 17 :|

Basically, sleeping problems occurs due to the worries, hyper tension, stress and depression. So, there is required to avoid all that factors to get the deep sleep. And it is possible to follow the meditation exercise as deep breathing and pranayam. You should always prefer to follow that exercise before going to sleep which helps to get the deep sleep.
