LOLOLOL. If your school filters sites, then don't tell her at all. That's what my school does and I know 2 teacher accounts that I use to access blocked sites.

Leave an anonymous note on her desk or send an anonymous email explaining the situation, that should do the job.

Log into her yahoo and leave a message behind saying "Change your Password' or just log in and leave her DP as she will quickly change her password!
