[Tut Request] How?

How would you make a line that weaves in and out of the letters?
For example;
Note: Tut preferably for GIMP, but will accept PS tutorials as well.

It's simple.

Use the pen tool to draw your line/curve. Then right-click >> Stroke as many times necessary to reach the thickness you want.
Then right-click >> delete path. Just erase some parts of the stroke to give the impression that it is going behind the text.
