This is just a little glitch. It was fixed in Modern Warefare 2 and will be fixed in Black Ops.

It's patched I believe and the video is removed on copyright grounds.

The floating apple was a stupid troll video made by some person who said that Black Ops was ruined because on a table in a back garden on one of the maps was an apple that if you shot the fruit around it would float like 2 cm in the air.
