Adsense will find any reason to ban you, if you do something against the TOS they will suspend you.

Put an ad on your page, and use it legit and you will be find.
DOnt put ad's in iFrames as they check the HTTPreferer.

Adsense is by Google and is Legit, They will not ruin their reputation by banning people, they are legit, with legit payouts. If you got banned it is simply because you broke the TOS.
