I don't think it is possible. Because, you will be paid when the ad is clicked and ad's link will be generated.

I think Google is a little strict on frames. I might be wrong.
Here is my rule of thumb with adsense.
If what your doing is even a little questionable then dont do it.
Adsense is really strict on this.

I am experienced person with ad-sense.
Adsense keep changing there laws and requirments from time to time.
For USA citizens you need to submit tax id and SSN to get payment.
And for Asian country you need to do address verification.
