How can you say that about Family Guy?!?!?!

The Simpsons is good, but it's aimed at children, so once you hit around 14 the jokes start to get less funny.
South Park has the occasionally funny joke, but it's generally only funny because it's very offensive, which isn't very creative humour.

Well my absolute favorites are tied between South Park, and the Simpsons. I don't care much for Family Guy.

To be honest they are hard to compare because both of the shows height came during different time periods. The Simpsons were huge in the 90's and people growing up during those eras will probably say its better than family guy. However if you grew up later on in the 2000's you'll probably think Family guys better.

Time periods don't even matter. They are 2 completely different cartoons targeted at 2 different audiences. The Simpsons is dircted towards children, whereas Family Guy is directed towards adults.
