Now I'm quite annoyed. Put back my theme copyright back on now before I send a DMCA to your host. I've requested it and waited for about 2/3 weeks.

Thread closed until this issue is resolved. Original author is claiming that the copyright has been removed without permission and so this thread will be closed until the sites creator can provide proof that he/she has permission to remove the copyright.

Quite frankly I do not want a large dispute or allot of drama over this, I've asked a reasonable request of the site creator so if sufficient proof is provided that says the Copyright doesn't have to be there then I will of course re-open this thread.
