I've been through that stage, I've had an ex who was a complete bitch too for no reason; however they could just be pmsing.
I mean you can tell your parents you're depressed, but don't let it get into that doctor crap with anti depressents and crap. That's just fudged.
Seriously, just go out with your friends and do stupid crap it'll cheer you up, experience something new. Go to a party, don't drink beer, drink liqueur it'll fudge you up quicker, and believe me you'll just let loose and you'll go and start random convos with people and meet people and it'll be great. Just don't have too much.
