I use FoxyProxy. It's legit
Just use the IP's from http://www.hidemyass.com/ and you're good to go. Some of them do not work though.

In all honesty, I love Screen Capture Elite, Athena, Cooliris and MeasureIt.

It is one of the best add-on ideas currently out, in my opinion. I agree, its amazing. Can I also suggest you have a look at ShowIP? This is also another extremely useful tool.

Oh so like, let's say you have 4 tabs open... 1 2 3 and 4
you have tab 1 open, and you press ctrl + tab, and it moves it to tab 2?
