Can I suggest you have a look at the Firefox add-on, MeasureIt? It is an extremely useful add-on in different situations.

Screen Capture Elite, Athena, and MeasureIT all sound like they would be excellent additions to my firefox, plus I haven't heard of them before. MeasureIT sounds great for checking sig limits lol.
