Can't conect to Netgear Router

Hey guy so i just recently installed a Netgear router wgr614 v7-vc and i set it up so i can use it on my computer but when i try to connect to it from my laptop it just says that is unable Sad

I set up a password and everything but still can't connect!

Do you know what i could do?

I called costumer service but since it wasn't under warranty anymore the guy couldn't help me at all Sad

I don't know much about NETGEAR routers, but try and reset it. Re-Setup your Wi-Fi and give in no security. Attempt to connect with your laptop again and if it works you will know it is your security code. Make sure there are no obstructions and that you are in reasonable range of the router. Sorry but that's all the advice I can give. I hope all goes well and good luck.

Make sure you have the right drivers installed on your computer. If the router came with a disc for the drivers check if t you install it.

i did reset it and yeah it came with the cd!
