similar to my friends, checksite.us not sure if downforeveryoneorjustme has this feature or not, but my buddy just coded something in his site that if you search for a domain and it goes down, it'll check to see if the site comes back up every 30minutes and email you if it does if you enter in your email address..if after 3 days it hasn't went live again, it'll dump the site from it's search and email the person saying it's hasn't been able to be reached after 3 days.
