There should be a help document with all the rules of Support Forums, along with a small explanation for each rule.

There is a sticky with rules but I support the idea of writing small explanations next to each one.

The rules are self-explanatory to those who are accustomed to forums. However, new users may not understand terms like 'cross posting' and 'reputation', so an explanation of rules will be of most benefit to them. The Help documents would be an ideal place for further explanation and we can direct new users there as well.
