Nice idea i must admit. I just joined to see what it's all about. Glad there are no usergroups at the moment so this should be implemented to stop Rep+ Abusers.

I think it shouldn't be as high as 250 posts but 150 or 200 posts instead. This is because those 100 post spammers will get their 100 posts then leave. This will ensure that other people, who plan to stay here longer, will not be disadvantaged because of the minority.
