Why? It takes 5 seconds to install them. Just see them for yourself, heh.

By the way guys, I found out something else. If you go to Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Change Location then change your location to anywhere, you get a theme for that country. That's right, a theme for pretty much every country in the world.

People from these countries actually made the themes, it's pretty cool.

Thanks but I have already made my win7 able to use outside themes. This is a great way to get some new looks on win7 for people that don't want to go through the trouble of allowing outside themes on there win7, Thanks!
