Building a new computer..How's This?

I'm Looking to build a new system (my first attempt), so tell me how this looks! I'm open to any suggestions. My budget is around $400, preferably less.
I'm planning on installing Windows 7, probably 64 bit because i think the CPU can handle that and I hear it's better.
Also, I am not a PC Gamer, but maybe I'll start?

Anyways, here it goes...hopefully I'm not missing anything & help me out please

EDIT AGAIN: here's a different video card I picked out, this one supports CrossFireX with my motherboard
Pretty sure the motherboard has built in sound, so no card is needed.

The motherboard has integrated video and supports ATI Hybrid Crossfire, so i picked this, but do I really need a video card? I don't think I have an HD monitor anyways, so idk if this is needed.

I already have a SATA 500 Gb Caviar Blue from Western Digital

DVD Drive
I already have a 22x SATA LG GH22 Super Multi DVD Rewriter

This all totals to $339. So how'd I do?

I think you must upgrade to motherboard using DDR3.

Because DDR3 have been out long time.

DDR2 is very old.

DDR3 hasn't been out that long and DDR2 isn't that bad. But if you can find a good price for some DDR3 its worth it all the way. Even if you pay a little extra its better then buying DDR2 and upgrading in 2 years.

Very Very nice, but if i had them, i would have to have he best "Sound Blaster Live" Sound card going lol cause of a program i use, "Cubase SX" for producing music ;)

what do you plan on doing with this anyway? And if you plan to Overclock your CPU you prolly might want to throw in a 120mm fan or 2 to keep it cool.

DDR3 and DDR2 Price difference is very small these days but the performance is much greater with ddr3

The Phenom x4 is a slug compared to the Phenom II X4.

DDR3 is worth the extra money. I would suggest upgrading
