You might be able to get more than reg fee. Put it to auction with a $1 start and $1 increments.

It was registered today. It's worth reg fee. If it had value imho it would have already been registered. I see nothing in it to indicate it will suddenly rise in value or that it's on the cusp of suddenly becoming big. Sometimes you can get into a new niche like green domains or geo domains and their value will rise. That isn't your domain.

Develop it and maybe you can build it's value.
