Help for cron jobs

I'm looking for a cron job that would rename a file to something.
For example. every x minutes:
File1.jpg renames into File2.jpg
Every other minute, file2.jpg, gets renamed into file1.jpg

So basically, a rename command for the cron scheduler in cPanels.
