blocking of a sites on Windows

Hello friends here,

That is my first post in that forum. Thanks all here in advanced.

I need your help:

I would like to block sites, Facebook, youtube and other social sites, in my job and would your advises how to manege that?

does it possible it from host file? or is there other way for it?

please give good tutorial or help me. thanks.

Do you mean on your personal profile (or computer?) or for multiple computers?
Often programs like net-nanny or similar programs that are targeted for kids work well.

in the building where i am working is about 120 PC, so manager of that job want block access on some websites. So i need explanation/help how that manage?
