Greetings.
I am tired of my smile, I have yellow teeths, might be due to smoking.
I just stopped smoking after over 5 years of smoking.
I am happy that I stopped, it was quite hard, but if you want to stop smoking, just try to remember the bad things about smoking, the bad smell, the bad taste. Thats what helped me trought it.
But now I just want to make my smile fine again, instead of the yellow teeths.. -.-'
Does anyone have some tricks? And how long would it take? Maybe a year or something?
