As I said before, it's a good idea but you presented it with terrible imagery. I'll work on an example on how you could make it better if you want.
EDIT: Okay, I spent around half an hour modifying your current design to look a little nicer, it's not my best work but I made it nicer then I was expecting.

I updated my post. Your website is functional, but not that appealing, even if you decide to reject my design (it's not that good), you should consider revising the look.

I meant, I liked the layout, but I changed the image, make the top bar a gradient, pushed the bars in a nicer way, and separated things more noticeably. What I had was just an idea, I was thinking you could do something similar to it.
