To give use this result:


Now we are going to get back to the original copy's of the render so just place one like so or how ever you would like


Now it is time for some fractuals (the links for every thing will be at the top) so decide what you want then click open here is the one I chose:


once added it should look like this:


Click modes and choose color dodge


It should now look something like this :


Duplicate the layer and this time set the mode to soft light then change the opacity to around 80.


Duplicate that layer one more time and change the mode to hue:


Now with one of the original copys of the render we are going to take him and just change his mode to saturation
and it should look somewhat like this:
