What to do if Password for iTouch is Forgotten?
#1
I know there's a way to reset it somehow, I can't remember what to do.
I'd rather not go about guessing random numbers an get it locked forever, anyone have any ideas.

Yes. You may restore it. That would be your only solution at this point.

Simply restore the device and re-sync it. Smile

Put into restore mode and sync it and the rest is done for you.

Restore it, i hope you have made a backup of it in the past, so you don't lose all your stuff.

Actually I do not think it will let you restore it without the password in iTunes, at least you cannot for the iPhone.

You will need to put your device into DFU mode before you can restore it.
