When my friend quit he used the patches, he said they helped ease the craving sometimes.

Another friend used the nicorette inhaler thing.

I'd say make sure you're up for this challenge first, as it will be difficult.

Well man all you need to do is set a goal for yourself. Tell yourself you dont need it and have some self control.
Do not buy them whatsoever and dont let other people influence you as well.

I'v seen commercials of Nikiten, it a fake smoke which is suppose make you e's the want for smokes.

take it slow dont rush it, try lessoning your amount you do a day and try the patch while going down on your amount.
