Beats by Dr. Dre only play in 1 ear?

My Beats, tour edition, only play in the left ear. The right ear is like really low, there not equal. These are real, I bought them from Sears for $150. I had them for about a week so I don't know why they're doing this. I posted here before I call Monster tomorrow to try to prevent that, thanks guys!

They are probably broken, I heard Monster fixes head phones, and not Monster Energy Drink, but Monster.

Wow fudge, they are fuckin expensive, i don't know much about it but you should go back to the store where you got them and ask they change it a to have a refund.
