Looking for paying surveys

Does anyone know of any good websites for taking surveys that pay? I've found a few over the last year or so, but they've all turned out to be scams or just not worth the time it takes to complete the surveys. I'm also interested in online jobs that don't require hundreds of dollars to start out.

Ill do some research for you, but i know of a website that pays you if OTHER people take surveys.

$harecash works very good actually, you upload files, spread your link and get money for it.
